
“junior’s Collaborated with Qatar University to Inspire the Next Generation of Marketers
As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and community engagement, junior’s recently partnered with Qatar University to support hands-on learning and creative development for students in the Integrated Marketing Communication course.
Students were invited to present their 360° marketing campaign ideas for junior’s projects, applying their academic knowledge to real-world brand challenges. The session provided a dynamic platform for young talent to showcase their creativity, strategic thinking, and understanding of the modern marketing landscape.

The event was graced by Mr. Abdulla Al-Ansari, CEO of junior’s, who joined as a special guest. A proud Qatar University alumnus and the visionary entrepreneur behind junior’s, Mr. Al-Ansari delivered an inspiring speech about his personal journey and growth. He also answered students’ questions about the business world and shared valuable insights into building a successful brand in Qatar.
Also joining as a special guest was Ms. Ghada Kamal, Head of Marketing at junior’s, who had previously briefed the students at the start of the project. Her early guidance played a key role in shaping the students’ ideas, and her presence at the final presentation was a full-circle moment of mentorship and encouragement.
The initiative was thoughtfully organized by Prof. Dalia Farrag, CDMP, whose ongoing dedication to bridging the gap between academia and industry continues to open impactful opportunities for her students. Her work empowers future professionals to gain confidence, build meaningful industry connections, and apply their learning in practical settings.
To recognize their hard work, each student received a certificate of appreciation, and a group of selected winners will be invited to collaborate directly with the junior’s marketing team to bring their approved ideas to life.
