The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive training
programs across all restaurant locations. This role ensures that team members receive
consistent, high-quality training aligned with operational standards and business objectives. By
partnering with restaurant leadership, the Training Supervisor plays a key role in driving a
performance-oriented culture and improving guest experience through continuous employee
development.
1. Training Strategy & Needs Assessment
• Develop and execute training strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments across regions.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to implement individualized development plans.
2. Program Implementation
• Supervise and manage training programs for crew, shift leaders, and managers.
• Ensure consistent delivery of standardized training content.
• Oversee training for new restaurant openings.
3. Trainer Management
• Lead and support a team of On-the-Job Trainers and Training Coordinators.
• Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Develop a pool of certified in-store trainers.
4. Training Audits
• Conduct field visits and training audits to verify training effectiveness.
• Adjust programs based on audit results and feedback.
5. Reporting & Evaluation
• Maintain training metrics and dashboards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training using KPIs and participant feedback.
• Recommend improvements to enhance outcomes.
6. Budget & Compliance
• Monitor training costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Certifications: Certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design (e.g., ATD,
CPTD) are a plus.
