Inspiring the Next Generation: Welcoming Kafo Program Talents at junior’s

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming bright young talents from the Kafo Program by Suna’a Club for a three-day immersive visit at junior’s. This initiative reflects one of our core beliefs: the earlier we expose future leaders to real-world environments, the more confident and capable they’ll become in navigating them.

Over the course of their visit, participants had the chance to see firsthand how teams tackle challenges, manage projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced setting. This wasn’t a traditional training program—it was an experience built around observation, conversation, and reflection. By shadowing our daily operations, engaging in discussions, and asking sharp, thoughtful questions, they gained an authentic glimpse into the dynamics of professional life.

Their curiosity and enthusiasm were contagious. Watching them connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and share fresh perspectives was not only rewarding but also energizing for our team. These interactions reaffirmed why investing in youth exposure to the workplace is so valuable—not just for them, but for us too.
